Sunrise City Community Housing Development Organization is to improve the quality of life for the residents of South Florida by providing personalize services in collaboration with other organizations to facilitate financial independence to low and moderate income families by providing attainable housing options to those who would not normally qualify to purchase a home and to generate job opportunities.

Organized in January 2001 Sunrise City Community Housing Development Organization is a Florida Not for Profit Organization that received its 501(c)(3) status from the Internal Revenue Service in August 2001. Since that time the company has established itself as an active community partner reaching potential and future customers through various revitalization efforts aimed at elevating the level and quality of life on Florida's Treasure Coast. This effort as been evident through our participation as host and sponsors of cultural activities including a gospel play, and MLK Battle of the Band competition which resulted in the participation of more than 7,000 individuals
